The designs for my book covers \'Coup de Grace\' and \'Coup de Grace In Three Acts\' are both based on a WWII German Army recruiting poster. Because the books concern Resistance and Collaboration during the dark years of the Nazi Occupation of France, I introduced images of the Tricolour with De Gaulle\'s Cross of Lorraine to represent the French Underground movements - and the SS runes as a symbol of the Das Reich division which also plays a part in the book.
